Double wide mobile home and its contents located at: 921 Faith Circle E #19, Bradenton, FL 34212; bearing vehicle identification numbers 244812631 and 244812632, and all of the property contained therein
at the public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash (or cashier's check), at Country Retreat 921 Faith Circle E #19, Bradenton, FL at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of July, 2011, which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
The absolute minimum bid shall be costs of storage, advertising, and sale, though the minimum may be adjusted by Country Retreat as appropriate.
