NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure sale dated _____, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-003280 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CO, LLC, is Plaintiff, and NANDO SGUEGLIA, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 3rd day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102,BUILDING 4918,GRAND OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOKS 1963, PAGES 4666 THROUGH 4723, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 32, PAGES 118 THROUGH 122, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
