DAVIS, whose last known address is unknown, if living and if dead, the unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through or against said Defendants, and any and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, whose legal status is unknown claiming any right, title or interest in the lands hereafter described, and grantees and creditors, or other parties claiming by, through or against this corporation or any other parties claiming an interest therein; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, of whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Begin at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 34 South, Range 17 East; run thence North 162 feet to P.O.B.; thence North 7.62 feet; thence East 4 chains and 47 links; thence Southerly along the West side of Bayshore Road to a point due East of the P.O.B.; thence West to P.O.B.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Glenn T. Shelby, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 902 S. Florida Ave., St. 101, Lakeland, Florida 33803, on or before 8-9, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
