NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order entered on June 27, 2011, in Case No. 2009-CA-008833 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which Waterfall Victoria Master Fund Limited (WVMFL), is Plaintiff, and Christopher Gillum, a/k/a Chris Gillum, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on line via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 2nd day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, OF RIVER PLANTATION PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 93-115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
