Notice is hereby given, pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 412008CA003421XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- AB4, is the Plaintiff and SUSAN C. SWETT; LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP. MIN. NO. 1001371-0001306493-8; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. SHORE, III, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at website of www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgement, to-wit:
UNIT 204, PHASE I, OF THE PLAT OF LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1067, PAGE 2203 AND PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON tHE LAND ABOVE-DESCRIBED, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
