ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- AB4, is the Plaintiff and SUSAN C. SWETT; LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP. MIN. NO. 1001371-0001306493-8; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. BOOK 1067, PAGE 2203 AND PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON tHE LAND ABOVE-DESCRIBED, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND.
