NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2011, and entered in 41 2009 CA 012329 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-OPT2 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and ERIC FLEMING, SHEQUTIAL FLEMMING AKA SEQUETIAL FLEMMING, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 (OWNER OCCUPIED), SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 (OWNER OCCUPIED), THE CURE WATER DAMAGE INC. are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on August 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK H, CAPE VISTA, FIRST UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
