The Clerk will sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 36; THENCE ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 36; S01Ëš23'00”W. 154.59 FEET; THENCE N86Ëš13'17”W, 100.34 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 36; THENCE ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 36, N01Ëš23'00”E, 159.63 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 36; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTH LINE, BEING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 47TH AVENUE WEST (50 FOOT WIDE) S83Ëš21'06”E. 100.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
