Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the entry of the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, which property is described as follows:
Commence at the NE corner of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 18 East; thence N. 88 degrees 59'12”W along the North line of said NW ¼ of the SW ¼, 45.00 feet to the West R/W of a D.O.T. access road, for a Point of Beginning; thence continue N. 88 degrees 59'12”W along said North line 601.77 feet to the intersection with the Easterly limited access R/W of State Road 93 (I-75); thence S. 23 degrees 12' 52” E along said Easterly limited access R/W 280.10 feet; thence N 87 degrees 48'10”E 488.77 feet to the intersection with the West R/W of said D.O.T. access road thence N 0 degrees 43' 43”E along said West R/W, parallel to the East line of said NW ¼ of the SW 1/4 , and 45.00 feet Westerly therefrom, 228.06 feet to the Point of Beginning; being and lying in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida
to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on August 11, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Foreclosure sales are conducted via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
