Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 2011-CC-1414, in the County Court of MANATEE, Florida, that I will sell the following real property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Unit 3-202, Orchid Cove, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1872, Pages 951 through 1050 Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash. Foreclosure sales conducted via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on August 12, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payments must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
