NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 5, 2011, and entered in Civil Case No. 41 2008 CA 011768 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 67, CREEKWOOD, PHASE ONE, SUBPHASE 1, UNIT A-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 185-193, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
