NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-1531 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Southland Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and AARON D. MORENO and Kathy PLOUGH are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the day of August 19, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 28, together with an undivided 1/56 interest in common elements, SOUTHLAND CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1012, Pages 658 through 715, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Pages 72 and 73, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 1101 68th Ave Dr. W Bradenton, FL 34207.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
