Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2011 entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2008 CA 005815 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 am on the 9 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 100 HIGHLAND RIDGE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 55 THRU 62, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
