NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment and Foreclosure Sale entered on July 11, 2011, in case number 2011 CP 240, of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Florida Broadacare Trailer Lodge, Inc., d/b/a Vista Del Lago, is the Plaintiff and Clarence Roberts and Johniece Roberts, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of August, 2011, at 11:00a.m., the following described property in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
Mobile Home owned by CLARENCE ROBERTS and JOHNIECE ROBERTS, located at 1008 52nd Avenue Boulevard West, Bradenton, Florida 34207 within Vista Del Lago Mobile Home Park, located in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
