Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 2011-CC-1130, in the County Court of MANATEE, Florida, that I will sell the following real property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:

Book 1037, Page 2427, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Pages 40 through 42, of said records

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash. Foreclosure sales conducted via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on Sept. 23, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payments must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
