notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-05226 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Hermann Langhammer, The Sanctuary at Blue Heron Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
