notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000628 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2007-1 Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Juan C. Valdez, Maria Lopez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Fernando Vargas, Tenant #2 n/k/a Amelia Vargas, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 15, BLOCK 16, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS HALLENDALE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
