Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 8, 2010, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on July 8, 2011, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in COLLIER County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 10-305, THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3305, PAGES 656, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Collier County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., on August 8, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
