notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 4, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000988 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-AR11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-AR11 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated November 1, 2004, Plaintiff and Marcos A. Ayuso are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 AT 11:00 A.M., August 8, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 19, BONITA SHORES UNIT NO. 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
