Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-1757-CC of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. SNOW, JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. SNOW and UNKNOWN OCCUPANT(S)/TENANT(S) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00 am on the 8th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit 301, Building 1300, POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES 11, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 3978, page 2285, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of COLLIER County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
