NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgement of Mortgage Foreclosure and an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 8th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009362, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005 MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2005-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE6 is the Plaintiff and PEDRO LOPEZ A/K/A PEDRO C. LOPEZ; SUNTRUST BANK; HILDA LOPEZ A/K/A HILDA V. LOPEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 105 FEET OF TRACT 88, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 50, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
