Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-2706-CC of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and GABRIELLA MIKO and JOHN DOE, AS UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GABRIELLA MIKO are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00 am, on the 8th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Detached Parking Garage unit PGD#C-11 of Positano Place at Naples IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4014, Page 546, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
