NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001013, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JOSHUA J. FAETT, IRONSTONE BANK, SPRINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC., SPRINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MELISSA FAET and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 604, PHASE I, SPRINGWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1088, PAGES 1564 THROUGH 1652, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1104, PAGE
2389; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1150, PAGE 792, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1305, PAGE 1287, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1322, PAGE 1431, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1426, PAGE 55 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1443, PAGE 1507, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
