NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure issued on February 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-2149-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff is M&I MARSHALL & ISLEY BANK and Defendants are REALTYNET REAL ESTATE, LLC, CORY S. MAILE, RENEE S. MAILE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of August, 2011, the following described real and personal property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:

Parcel 1: The South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 23, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, less the East 675 feet thereof and less the South 30 feet thereof for Right-of-Way of existing County Road. Also described as follows: The South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 23, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, less the Easterly 15 feet and less the Southerly 30 feet thereof, Collier County, Florida;

Parcel 2: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, West 450 feet for the Point of Beginning, thence West 225 feet, thence North 290 feet, thence East 225 feet, thence South 290 feet to the Point of Beginning located in Section 23, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, less the South 30 feet thereof for Right-of-Way of existing County Road.
