NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Filed July 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000143, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. NATIONAL CITY BANKis Plaintiff and LIDIA RODRIGUEZ; FELIX RODRIGUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CALIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 8 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22, IN BLOCK D, OF BROOKSIDE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
