NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered nunc pro tunc, January 12, 2011, in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004518 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage is Plaintiff, and Henry Creasy, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 10 day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 111, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
