ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL3, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY PRESBITERO A/K/A JEFFREY R. PRESBITERO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 10th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
