NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 15, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-007682 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA14, is the Plaintiff and JOHN GARDINER, JR. AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE JOHN GARDINER, JR. LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 5, 2006; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE JOHN GARDINER, JR. LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 5, 2006; JOHN GARDINER, JR.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 10th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
