Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated July 14, 2011 in Case No. 10-3082-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and AERL, LC is the Plaintiff and ARNOLD & ARNOLD INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida corporation, and DEAN A. ARNOLD, individually are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the First Floor in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Collier County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on August 10, 2011, the following-described property set forth in the order of final judgment:

The West 1/2 of the West 2/3 of the North 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida.

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 36; thence along the East line of said Section 36 South 00Ëš00'36” East 1298.37 feet; thence South 89Ëš21'02” West 862.08 feet; thence South 00Ëš 03 '05” East 432.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; thence continue South 00Ëš 03' 05” East 226.60 feet to the South line of the North 658.60 feet of the South 1347.20 feet of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 36; thence along said line South 89Ëš 21' 02” West 230.00 feet; thence North 00Ëš 03' 05” West 229.00 feet; thence North 89Ëš 56' 55” East 229.99 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described, excepting the West 30 feet and the South 30 feet thereof.
