Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated July 14, 2011 in Case No. 10-3083-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and AERL, LC is the Plaintiff and COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, DEAN A. ARNOLD, individually, and WILLIAM BIGLEY, individually, individually are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the First Floor in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Collier County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on August 10, 2011, the following-described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
