NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on June 21, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-006075 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Riverview, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 East Twiggs St. Room 202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 10:00 AM. on the 1st day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 73201, of Villages of Bloomingdale Condominium No. II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 16922, Page 664, amended in Official Records Book 16922, page 758 and Official Records Book 16922, page 762, and all other amendments thereto and according to the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, pages 13 through 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and common surplus.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
