NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-015792, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. ARC POOL 1, LLC, is Plaintiff and JOSE GONZALES, JR.; RUMA M. GONZALES; SOMERSET MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A DIANE COLON, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m., on the 8th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63, BLOCK A, SOMERSET, TRACT A-1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE(S) 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
