MOYA AKA VIANKA MOYA; EDDY A. MOYA; IDA MAE SHAW; BANK OF AMERCIA, N.A.; SUSAN MCKNIGHT; ROSA CINTRON; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 11 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, KING'S FOREST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA;
LESS THAT PORTION DESCRIBED AS BEGIN AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9; THENCE SOUTH 00DEG00'11” WEST, 71.55 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTH 89DEG59'49” EAST, 3.10 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTH 01DEG55'04” WEST, 71.59 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTH 89DEG59'49” WEST, 0.70 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
