Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 12, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO.284 OF GLOUCESTER “N” CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3726, PAGE 965 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 101 GLENDOWER CIR, SUN CITY CENTER, FL 33573; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 17, 2011 at 20:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
