LOT 9, IN BLOCK D, OF REPLAT OF GROVE PARK ESTATES, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, AT PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2504 W HAMILTON AVE, TAMPA, FL 33614; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on October 19, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
