NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated July 12, 2011 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-013575 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and VERONICA R. MIESSNER A/K/A VERONICA MIESSNER; IF ANY; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF RONALD LEE TOEDTEMEIER A/K/A RONALD L. TOEDTEMEIER A/K/A RONALD TOEDTEMEIER, DECEASED; SHERI L. HARDISTY A/K/A SHERI HARDISTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, (AHCA) AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION N/K/A DAVID LAKE; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s), whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEROGE E.
