NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-019187 (B) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, Plaintiff, and GEORGE ELLIS, LETHA H. SILAS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LUENEZ BUSH HOBLEY A/K/A LUENEZ HOBLEY, DECEASED, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF LUENEZ BUSH HOBLEY A/K/A LUENEZ HOBLEY, DECEASED, AARON HOBLEY, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 02:00 PM, on the 15th day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit
LOT 2, FRANQUIZ, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 25, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
