YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for the purpose of foreclosing any interest that you have in real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to the foreclosed upon is located in HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, to wit;
LOT 278, OF LAKESIDE TRACT B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93 PAGES 23-1 THROUGH 23-7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Kent D. McPhail, Esq., DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., 126 Government Street, Mobile, AL 33602 on or before the 22 day of July, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately hereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
