THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2, IN BLOCK 2, LESS THE WEST 240 FEET, REVISED MAP OF TEMPLE HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2309 E. LINEBAUGH AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33612; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
