Quarter and run South 468.1 feet, West 138.3 feet, North 468.1 feet, East 138.3 feet to Beginning, Less right-of-way for 26th Avenue, Section 9, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida
and commonly known as 3222 N. 40th Street, Tampa, Florida
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George Edgecomb Courthouse, located at 800 Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 AM on August 19, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
