NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2009-CA-007800 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 26th day of July, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK D, ORANGE PARK, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA. LESS: BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE RUN N 89Ëš 44' 05” EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 4, A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET TO THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE S 1Ëš 04' 05” WEST 8.21 FEET; THENCE S 88Ëš 18' 09” WEST, 50.05 FEET; THENCE N 1Ëš 06' 15” EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 4, A DISTANCE OF 9.46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
