Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on July 5, 2011, in case number 2010 CA 011740 NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Iberiabank, a Louisiana State Chartered Bank, is the Plaintiff and GARY M. GIBELLINA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, and ROLLING GREEN SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of November, 2011, at 9 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 25, Rolling Green South Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1439, Pages 997 through 1045, and as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 43, 43A through 43G, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the final judgment and foreclosure sale must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
