NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2011, and entered in 2010 CA 004978 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and MAUREEN A. MARTIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN A. MARTIN, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on August 3, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ONE-HALF (W 1/2) OF LOT 3 AND ALL OF LOT 5, BLOCK “A”, SEMINOLE PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 183, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
