YOU ARE NOTIFIED that proceedings supplementary to Final Default Judgment against Defendants, Claudio Ronchi and Barbara Cremoni (“Judgment Deptors”), jointly and severally in the amount of $141,299.11, in the above action have been filed against you regarding a transfer of 900 shares of Not Only Cheese, Inc. from the Judgment Debtors to you (the “Personal Property”), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Ryan W. Owen, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before 8/22/2011, or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the proceedings supplementary.
