Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Order on Defendant's Emergency Verified Motion to Stay entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel No. 2701, INN ON THE BEACH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1531, Page 1082, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter, on August 22, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale in accordance with section 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
