NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, under and pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment heretofore entered on the 21st day of January, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, being Civil Action 2009 CA 15115 NC, in which Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”), as successor by merger to WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and the Defendants, GREEN STREET SQUARE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, GLADYS M. GILER, individually, GILER URBAN DESIGN, INC., a Florida corporation, BETTY F. PRESTON, individually, STEVEN S. PRESTON, individually, PRESTON CONSTRUCTIONS, INC. OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, a Florida corporation and AMJAD SITTI, individually, jointly and severally, and under and by virtue of the terms of the said Final Summary Judgment will offer for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set out hereinafter, via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com, on the 12th day of September, 2011, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Sarasota County, Florida and legally described as follows:
Real Property
Lots 15 and 16, Block 1, Amended Plat of Englewood Park, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book A, Page 28, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, less easement as described in Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 2851, Page 212, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
The property aforesaid, together with all improvements, buildings, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, is being sold to satisfy Wells Fargo's claims under said Judgment.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
