NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, STEARNS BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as successor to First State Bank by asset acquisition from the FDIC as receiver for First State Bank, and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 2011-CA-001224-NC in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that I, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
