NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 18th day of July, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HARRIS N.A. is the Plaintiff and DENNIS W. BENDER, BARBARA S. BENDER, COMPANION PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY a/k/a COMPANION PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, THE VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB #1, INC., AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, TVD INVESTMENTS, INC. f/k/a WESTCOAST ARCHITECTURAL PRE-CAST, INC. a/k/a WESTCOAST ARCHITECTURAL PRECAST PRODUCTS, INC., JOHN DOE #1, JANE DOE #1 and JANE DOE #2, are Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 2011 CA 001768 NC, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2011, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property, situate and being in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 179, Venice Golf & Country Club, Unit II-D, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 5, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
