NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 19th day of July, 2011 and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, wherein John D. Schomaker, Judith R. Schomaker, Tenant #1 n/k/a Steve Schomaker and Barrington Woods Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of August, 2011, the interest in real and personal property situated in Sarasota County and described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 401, BARRINGTON WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1449, PAGE 1285 THROUGH 1319, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 17 AND 17A, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
(herein the “Premises”); together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein.
