unit no. 102 in building no. 44 of the hamptons at metrowest, a condominium, according to the dceclaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 7830, page 2283, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 3226 greenwich village blvd unit 102, orlando, fl 32835; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 23, 2011 at 11 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
