NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 5th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-0008405-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and SUSAN MORALES; JOSE MORALES; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE; DAWN RIFFO; STONEWOOD ESTATES AT CYPRESS SPRINGS II HOMEOWNER; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O WCZ INCORPORATED AND WCZ INCORPORATED; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, STONEWOOD ESTATES AT CYPRESS SPRINGS II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED TO PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 63-66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
